Important Appointment Info

We appreciate the opportunity to groom your best friend, however, we do ask our clients to read our grooming terms to ensure the best possible experience.

Once we have given you a date and time, we will contact you ONE hour prior to your appointment to confirm. If we are not able to reach you to confirm your time for the appointment the day before your scheduled visit YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RE-SCHEDULED.

PLEASE call us back to confirm within 15 minutes or if you prefer, you may email us. If you decide to email us you MUST receive OUR confirmation acknowledging your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us again.

If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will incur a $25 fee.



Appointment times are approximated. We ask for a 1/2 hour window for the time scheduled to allow for any traffic situations or complications.
